This page explains what data llave.do keeps, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is responsible
llave.do is a service of VN Code LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, New Castle, Delaware 19709, USA. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].
What data we keep
- Browsing (our own analytics): your IP address; the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city); your browser, operating system and device type; language and screen size; the website or campaign you came from (including UTM parameters and ad click identifiers); the pages you visit, the searches and filters you use, time and scrolling on each page, and clicks on contact buttons.
- Contacting an advertiser: the name, email, phone and message you write, which are forwarded to the advertiser.
- Alerts: your email and the saved search.
- Advertiser account: your email, name, phone and the listings you publish.
What we use it for
- To run the site: show listings, send your messages and alerts, and keep you signed in.
- To measure and improve the site: which pages are used, which searches find nothing, which campaigns work.
- For security: detecting bots and abuse and rate-limiting by IP address.
- To give advertisers aggregate statistics about their listings (views and contacts), never who viewed them.
We do not sell your data or use third-party analytics or advertising tools that track you outside llave.do. Our analytics is our own and is stored on our servers.
Legal basis
We process browsing data based on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure and improving site; contact, alert and account data because you give it to us for that purpose and to provide the service you request.
Cookies
We only use our own cookies. There are no advertising or third-party cookies.

Anonymous mode
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, or if you visit us from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not set the analytics cookie or store your IP address: we only count the visit with the country and an identifier that changes every day and cannot recognize you.
How long we keep it
- Browsing data, including the IP address: as long as it is needed for the purposes described (security, statistics and improving the site). There is currently no fixed deletion period; if we set one, we will state it here. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Contacts, alerts and accounts: while they are active, or until you ask us to delete them.
Who we share it with
With the advertiser you write to, so they can reply. And with the providers of our infrastructure (Cloudflare network and security, servers and email delivery), who only process it on our behalf. Some are outside your country, including the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification, cancellation (erasure) of, or objection to the processing of your data, as provided by Dominican Republic Law 172-13. If you are in the European Union you also have the GDPR rights: portability, restriction, and lodging a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days at most.
Minors
llave.do is not intended for people under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
